Preheat oven at 400 degrees Recipe: 1 whole chicken cleaned and cut 1 to 2 tbsp olive oil 2/3 cup tomato paste 1 tbsp pureed garlic 1 tbsp pureed ginger salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon pepper 1 tbsp coarse ground pepper fresh parsley leaves for garnish dried parsley leaves for garnish paprika for garnish Method: To your chicken you want to drizzle some olive oil and add the fresh ginger, garlic and the rest of the spices mix well and add the tomato paste make sure that all the ingredients are Incorporated than drizzle some olive oil on your baking dish and transfer the chicken in it, make sure you place the chicken pieces evenly and go ahead and cover with foil and stick it in the oven for 45 min turn once, when the chicken is completely cooked turn your broiler on to 550 degrees till it reaches desired dryness, finally sprinkle with dried parsley leaves if you desire and splash it with fresh lemon juice.....
