A wonderful addition to your collection of recipes, quick easy and delicious roasted chicken! You can either make this in your oven or use an electric skillet preheat oven to 400 degrees Ing: 2 whole chicken cut in 8 pieces in a separate bowl mix the following ing: 1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic 1/2 cup yogurt salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon pepper 1 tsp pepper 2 tsp basil 1 cup sour cream (you can use fat free if you like) 4 tbsp tomato paste 2 tbsp of lemon basil chopped (add it 1/2 way before the chicken get done) 1 tbsp cilantro chopped also added while you ad the lemon basil Mix all the marinade together throughly than go ahead and add it to the chicken making sure you mix it well. Once everything is really well mixed add it to the electric skillet which is on 400 degrees and cover it, after the 25 minutes uncover and make sure the chicken is done, than leave the skillet open so the liquid disappears and you are left with a thick gravy.
