Ing: 1/2 cup to 1 cup oil to pan fry the meat 2 lbs of fat free meat Marinade for meat 1 tbsp fresh ginger and garlic 1 tsp lemon pepper salt to taste 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tbsp of cornstarch to be added after 20 min Pan fry the meat and keep it aside 1 cup thinly sliced carrots 1 cup green bell peppers sliced thinly 1 cup red bell peppers sliced thinly 7 to 8 spring onions cut about 11/2 inches prepare and keep aside For the sauce 1 cup water 1/2 cup soy sauce 1 tsp ginger and garlic 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 tsp chili garlic sauce 1 tbsp cornstarch Mix and keep it aside Method: In a large wok add 1 tbsp of oil and let it heat up so it\'s really hot, add the veggies and stir fry for about a minute then add the dried red chillies ( the veggies should not go soft they should be crunchy) next add the meat and mix.
