Brother Akmal, seems like you don't know him at all and have not listened to him. Also, this clip is enough where he is clearly mocking, if you are expecting him to take this back 100% after these sentences then I am sure that you don't know him.
...Bhai sahab understand very well...why you are insisting to judge him only thorugh 43 sconds speech...I am not favouring " Allama Zamir Akhter" but not agreed on your point of view I cant judge withoug listening whole speech of him as its continue don't know what the actual means and what result he want to produce ....

I think this is voice of this Zamir Akhtar Naqvi, he has been a character and has said numerous things that go directly against basic teachings of Prophet and other Masoomeen (a.s.), on such example is this video where he is trying to degrade Masjis/Mosque. May Allah fix his head or may Allah give wisdom to people to not let him sit on the pulpit.
