Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri has said that the bomb blasts targeting the Iranian Embassy in Beirut were carried out by militants linked to al-Qaeda. Nabih Berri offered his condolences to the Iranian nation and noted that all Lebanese groups have condemned the terror attack. In regard to Iran\'s nuclear deal with the P-five-plus-one, Berri said that Tehran achieved a nuclear victory through prudence. He made the remarks in a joint press conference with Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani in Tehran.
