I visited Pakistan in 2010. There were processions of hundered of thousands of Shias (amazingly very long distance but on foot) in Islamabad. They was Sunni & Shia Unity! Thats really great!
Secondly: They need a cool minded, flexible, farsighted leadership! They must be politically alert! They are big power in all fields, but rural shia are suffering more, i.e.lack of EDUCATION!
