Hence socio-economic reforms have their own importance that no one can deny, AND a new political power with Islamic vision has its own importance that should not be ignored either.

So if you notice, we are back to the point I raised a few comments earlier. Here again: "That said, a better discussion can be, is it the right time for MWM to launch a new political party or is it too early? This is where it gets interesting... :)"

And this is from the seerah of Ahlu Bait[as] they don't even see who is getting the bread at nights , I mean its not a rocket science ,set up few organizations ,run them in organized way and than after years and years annouce merger of all walfare orgz into a political party .

Bhai what i am saying is we need welfare organizations first and than the political affiliations , think about edhi foundation or Agha Khan foundation , if they start a political party than people vote them more than any other ABC org , and Imran Khan did the same in form of Shauket Khanom Hospotal , don't you think we lack we lack walfare org ?

@Mustazafeen: So bhai are you implying and suggesting social development under the same political system? To name some, PPP, PMLN, MQM, PTI???

I think ground realities cannot be ignored and this theroy of selectivity for society should be tackeled with broad vision , bhai 80 - 85% of community are not jahil and not hibernating , they watching who is doing what , schools , hospitals , walfare orgs don't need maulanas to run the show, yes piety is required but not banner of political party.

Agha AMZ is over and over highlighting this concept of "system" vs "reforms only" in this talk show as well... Sh. Haneef is attempting to propose economic reforms type of solutions... (at least that was my understanding after watching)

Under a corrupt leadership, socio-economic reform means strengthening the corrupt system and making people fools for a few more years. e.g. USA, UK. That said, a better discussion can be, is it the right time for MWM to launch a new political party or is it too early? This is where it gets interesting... :)

@Mustazafeen, "socio-economic reforms are their solution, not a new political party"... Well no doubt socio-economic reforms are very important but they may not be the "solution". We need to think in a bigger picture and expand our vision.

@Mustazafeen, dear brother, a few of the reasons for categorizing Pakistan as a complex ground were multi-faceted challenges and multiple enemies inside and outside Pakistan. Nevertheless, bhai proving whether it is a complex ground or not would not get us anywhere.

Mustazafeen

Bhai with my apologies , Pakistan is not complex ground , people are best and socio-economic reforms are their solution, not a new political party , when stomach is full then they will understand islame Mohammade.bbksheedhaa.

Good discussion Agha. Pakistan is a complex ground where 10-15% of Shia population believes in a socio-political movement. It is essential to: (1) Present a one-liner ideological goal. (2) Provide public with a transparent political strategy. (3) Create a reliable source of communication/information for the entire Shia Nation (a tough task though).

Mashallah Nice and very rational and clear discussion also good to see Br Naqi , these kind of sessions should come more often.
