Ing: 3 cups of white or wheat flour 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp habanero chutney 2 tsp green chutney 1 heaped tsp ginger and garlic salt to taste 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder 1 tsp lemon pepper 1/2 tsp of turmeric 1/2 cup jalapeno pepper juice enough water to bind the dough Method: In a big tray start with the flour, make a well in the middle and start adding the olive oil and the rest of the spices. Mix all the ingredients really well, start adding the water slowly until you form a nice stiff dough. Cover and let it sit for at least 20 minutes. After 20 make little balls and start rolling them out and cook them on the stove, add a little olive on both sides until it is cooked well on both the sides.
